Our products are hand made and painted by my wife and I. Once an order is made, we then produce the units and paint them all in house. As we have grown, so have our order quantities and wait times.

 

This being said, we DO NO accept refunds at any point in the process as those funds are used to produce the parts. We DO however, replace broken parts as shipping can cause the resin pieces to break in some extreme examples.
